iPhone 4 Jailbreak is out and now legal?

A recent court ruling has found that Jailbreaking your phone is not as Apple and others might have suggested “illegal”. Rather, it might void your warranty (although even that is up to debate especially in California where warranty laws are pretty expansive).

Why would you want to Jailbreak if you have no plans to eventually use the jailbreak to unlock your phone out of AT&T?

Well, complete UI customization, video camera features for older iPhones, and my personal favorite, Wifi tethering without having to pay AT&T even more money for something you are already paying for.

This is not for every type of user, but at the very least, it is no longer illegal! Which understandably for some of you wild cats out there might take the entire fun out of the jailbreak process.
